Jitender Arora has 28+ years of experience in senior positions in the areas of Enterprise Risk, Operational Excellence, Operational Resiliency, Information Security, Governance and Ethics, Board Oversight and Business Transformation, supporting various businesses like Retail Banking, Consumer Cards, Investment Banking, Corporate Cards, Insurance, Payments, Asset Management and Asset Servicing.

Jitender is currently the Founder and Managing Partner of Beyond RisX, a boutique strategic consulting firm, that provides consulting services on variety of enterprise risk and governance areas to organizations with the underpinning of technology to manage their risk proactively. He is also the founder member of GARiME (Governance, Assurance and Risk Management Excellence) of India. GARiME is not for profit organization, that works with Corporates, Government, Risk Professionals, Regulators and Academicians in uplifting governance and risk management practices in India through various initiatives. Prior to his current role, he was heading the Enterprise Risk functions for fortune 100 companies like State Street, Credit Suisse and American Express in India and New York

He holds MS in Consultancy Management from BITS Pilani and has an executive MBA from Cornell University. Jitender is also a certified fellow of Institute of Risk Management (IRM), London and Certified Corporate Director and Fellow Member of Institute of Directors.

Jitender is also passionate about teaching, mentoring, and fostering industry academics collaboration. He is the member of the Board of Governance at Imperial School of Banking and Management Studies, Pune; Executive Fellow at Woxsen University and Adjunct Faculty at Christ University, Bangalore. He is also actively involved in the capacity of visiting faculty at IIM Sambalpur and delivers guest lectures in some of the premium institutes like NUS Singapore and IIM Kozhikode, on topics related to Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Leadership.

He is also a big advocate of encouraging diversity and inclusion at workplace and mentors and coaches leaders, students, women executives and risk professionals at workplace and outside and serves as coach and mentor to multiple startups in India. He is a prolific speaker and has been invited to multiple forums to talk about Risk Management, Mentoring, Corporate Governance, and Information Security

Ravi Raman

Co- Founder

Lead- Financial Risk, GRC Tool Implementation and Risk Maturity and Culture

Ravi Raman is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT Madras and holds postgraduate degrees in Management from IIM Calcutta and Human Rights Law from the National Law School India University, Bangalore. With nearly four decades of experience in the Banking, Finance, and Insurance sectors, Ravi has held various global executive and board-level roles. Currently, he is the Managing Partner at Beyond RisX, a boutique strategic consulting firm.

Previously, Ravi spent over a decade at State Street, where he transformed Alternate Investment operations and headed the Global Delivery of the Asset Owner Segment. He was also the COO of State Street’s Managed Accounts Platform and a founding member of InfraHedge, which became the largest managed accounts platform infrastructure services provider for global institutional investors.

Before joining State Street, Ravi was the Chief Risk Officer and Compliance Officer at Butterfield Fulcrum (now MUFG-Ireland). He began his career at SBI Capital Markets and helped set up Centurion Bank in collaboration with IFC Washington. Ravi also worked with ALLIANZ AG to establish an Industrial Risk Management company in India and served as the Head of Risk Management at Infosys BPO and the COO of Oracle (OFSS) BPO.

Ravi specializes in corporate strategy, risk management and governance and has a track record of enabling businesses and functions to leverage changes in the business environment and regulations for stakeholder benefit.

He is a member of the Board of Studies for the Commerce Faculty at Christ University and serves on the advisory board for India of the Chartered Securities and Investments Institute UK. Additionally, Ravi is an active member of the Diversity and Inclusion Core Team of NASSCOM and a regular speaker on risk management and assurance in India, the UK, and Sri Lanka.

Priyadarshi Dutta

Senior Advisor

Lead- Credit Risk, Data Analytics and Decision Science

Priyadarshi Dutta is a seasoned Risk Management and Data Analytics professional with nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning financial institutions and fintechs. He is currently serving as the Senior Advisor with Beyond RisX, a boutique strategic consulting firm. His career includes key leadership roles such as Chief Risk Officer at American Express India, Chief Risk Officer at Stashfin (NBFC Fintech), and Head of Credit Cards Risk at RBL Bank. He brings deep expertise across the U.S. and Indian markets, with a strong focus on Risk Management, Data Analytics, and Governance.

Priyadarshi’s core areas of expertise include Credit Risk Management, Risk Appetite Framework development, Portfolio Monitoring and Analytics, and establishment of enterprise-wide Risk Governance structures. He has successfully built and scaled Risk and Analytics teams from the ground up and has led strategic talent initiatives, including campus recruitment programs.

Beyond his corporate experience, Priyadarshi is deeply passionate about teaching, mentoring, and fostering stronger collaboration between industry and academia. As a Visiting Faculty at leading business schools, he delivers courses on Risk Management, Business Analytics, Governance, and Fintech. He also conducts corporate training programs on Credit Risk and related areas, helping organizations strengthen their analytical and governance capabilities. In addition, he serves as an industry expert in business school admissions and mentoring programs.

His teaching philosophy centers on bridging theory and practice—using application-oriented, case-based learning that draws from his extensive professional experience. His sessions are designed to prepare students for corporate careers by grounding them in the fundamentals of Risk Management (especially Credit Risk), Governance, and Business Analytics, while engaging them through practical in-class exercises and real-world problem-solving.

Vinay Disley

Senior Advisor

Lead- Cyber Security, Technology Risk, Data Governance and Data Privacy

Vinay is a global business and technology leader with over three decades of experience in enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, and digital transformation and is currently serving as the Senior Advisor with Beyond RisX, a boutique strategic consulting firm

Past position held AVP Cyber Security Practice with Cognizant Technology Solutions, wherein he was accountable for spearheading cybersecurity practices from multiple dimensions. He steered solutioning, implementation, and management of large transformation programs for clients at scale and across multiple industry domains. These encompassed the development of cybersecurity roadmaps, architectural design, engineering solutions, operational strategies, technology implementations, control frameworks, and the delivery of real-time security operations.

As a Vice President and Chief Risk Officer (2015 – 2016) at Wipro Limited, Vinay held a global mandate, overseeing the enterprise risk management function for the IT and BPO business segments. Prior to that, he served as a General Manager of Enterprise Risk Management (2010 – 2014) with Wipro Limited. During this tenure, he led several greenfield initiatives within the corporate risk management function, spanning IT and non-IT sectors and specifically addressing cyber security, functional risks, domain regulations and data privacy initiatives.

Vinay was the practice head for Wipro Consulting Services – (APAC) (Asia, Australia, Japan & China) (2000 – 2010) with Wipro Infotech. He established the consulting business across the global market landscape, pivotal in driving profitable growth and expanding downstream opportunities for the company. He formulated the Go-To-Market function for all consulting services, assuming responsibility for strategy development, customer relationship management, revenue generation, and overall customer satisfaction.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, holds multiple certifications key being CISA from ISACA, Independent Director from Indian Institute of Company Affairs, Data Privacy Lead Auditor from Data Security Council of India,

A respected speaker and mentor, he contributes to national and international forums on enterprise risk and cybersecurity. He has served as Joint Secretary, ISACA Bangalore Chapter, and is the Founding Trustee of an NGO focused on the education of differently abled children.

Dr Jayatu Chaudhary

Lead- Model & AI Governance, Decision Science and Data Analytics

Dr. Jayatu Sen Chaudhury has over 25 years of rich experience across the domains of Financial Analytics, Decision Science, Risk Management, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Model Governance, and Business Transformation. His career has spanned leadership roles in prestigious financial institutions like American Express, GE Capital, and ICICI Bank, where he has played a pivotal role in building cutting-edge analytics capabilities across the globe.

Dr. Jayatu is currently serving as the Senior Advisor with Beyond RisX, a boutique strategic consulting firm and a Professor of Financial Analytics at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon, where he brings together deep industry expertise and academic rigor to groom the next generation of analytics leaders. Prior to this, he held global leadership positions at American Express, including Vice President & Head of Decision Science for Global Commercial and Merchant Analytics and Institutional Risk functions. He was instrumental in establishing and expanding the Global Analytics Center of Excellence in India, scaling it to over 2,000 professionals and developing intellectual property including patents in ML systems and fraud detection.

He holds a Ph.D. in Financial Economics from the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR), Mumbai, where his thesis was the first empirical evaluation of credit rating agencies in India. He also holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), with specialization in econometrics, industrial organization, and game theory.

Dr. Jayatu is a multi-patented innovator, having been granted five patents in AI and machine learning related to predictive modeling, fraud detection, and data engineering. He has been conferred the Risk & Information Management (RIM) Fellowship and was inducted into the prestigious American Express Hall of Fame for his contributions to analytics and leadership.

A passionate educator and lifelong learner, Dr. Jayatu is a frequent speaker at global and national forums such as the World Machine Learning & Deep Learning Congress in Stockholm, Big Data & ML Summit in Hong Kong, and DataHack Summit in India. He has also contributed articles to Fortune India and Inside IIM on emerging trends in risk, AI, and financial services.
